Sigh

I finally have an animated emoticon that doesn't get messed up in any way. I have personally wanted to see an emoticon like this usable around here, and I think this looks great. I tried to make it resemble the newer emoticons around here, but I liked how I've made emoticons in the past too.

Please tell me before you use this.
